I have a 2002 F250 7.3 Liter Diesel. It was hard starting. When I finally got it started, it would run roughly and blow white smoke. After I drove it for awhile it would quit blow white Smoke and run great. It kept getting worse and started using way too much Fuel.

The EBP Sensor was stopped up with Carbon. We replaced the Sensor. Now it starts great, but still runs rough while blowing white Smoke. Can someone give me an Idea what might be the Problem? Thanks.

Is it throwing any codes?

What did you use for a code reader? Most generic ones won't pick up codes from a 7.3L Powerstroke. You need a higher end scan tool (AutoEnginuity, Snap-On, Ford's NGS, etc.)
Getting codes read from a capable scan tool should be a first step.

How many miles since you changed the oil? These engines are sensitive to oil life issues, especially if injectors are getting worn a bit. A delay of injector opening can cause white smoke, as can a fuel starvation issue.
Check your fuel delivery (clean filter, healthy stream from the drain valve when you first turn the key to ON position).
Could also be an ICP sensor issue. If there's oil in the wiring connector, that means the sensor is toast. It could be sending an incorrect signal to the computer and causing low HP oil pressure to the injectors. If the engine runs better with the ICP sensor unplugged, that pretty much narrows the issue down to the ICP sensor.
