brown/yellow smoke...?

my DD 8v71 just got all her oils and filters changes and she's smokin like everyone in the 40s. there is smoke idling and when you give her fuel the smoke is brown/yellow. also seems to have lost power too, should be tons of pickup for a gutted charter bus, but she's lackin.

suggestions?
