You can probably leave it broke and not hurt a thing unless you idle a lot in cold weather (below freezing). The AIH only activates when GPR is inactive, ambient below 32F, and if you haven't come off idle after starting. The AIH is there to help warm the intake air and prevent smoke during extended idle. Many folks (Florida?) AIH has probably never come on.
Sorry, don't have the part #, but the Int'l # should be stamped on the bracket. Should be 9-10 digits ending with C_. Take that to the Int'l dealer to get a replacement. Or just ask them for an AIH relay for a 99 or newer T444E engine.
